Charagu is a registered Architect with over 5 years of post registration experience in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management. He has worked with reputable Architectural firms, Consultants and Contractors to amass a rich knowledge in the field of Architecture.

Intern- Interior Design & Quantity Surveying

Nellius Wairimu

I’m a Quantity Surveying student with a passion for design and creating spaces that impact and enhance how occupants live, work and interact within a space.
I am knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, including; health and safety laws, Building regulations and various environmental issues.
I pride myself on my creativity to design and curate DIY projects in the interior design industry and ensuring projects run
on budget.
I am highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Proficient in Archicad, Sketch Up and WinQS. Good understanding of space planning, concept development and Building regulations.

Senior Project Manager

Construction Manager

DETAILED TASKS ASSIGNED:
Sourcing for materials for a project.
Ensuring a timely inflow of materials in a project.
Guaranteeing that materials are kept safely on site.
Supervising the usage of materials to avoid wastage.
Inspecting delivered materials for a project to ensure they are of the required type and quality.
Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to construction site
Coordinate and supervise construction workers.
Setting targets for workers and motivating them to increase their productivity.
Making site safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety
Select tools and equipment and track inventory.

Field Construction Manager

James Machira

To ensure that each Construction Site is utilizing the right material to achieve the set QUALITY that is desired to be achieved.
To ensure that the material being requested for by the Site Agents is of the right quantity to prevent wastage hence keeps within the targeted COSTS.
To ensure that material being requested for by the Site Agents in delivered to site on TIME hence meet the set targets.
